Heat the grill
and put the oil slightly into a circle about 20cm in diameter.
please do not cover surface completely the grill with oil.
Mix all togeher.
Next, pour the batter on the grill.
Spread it into a round shape about 2cm tick.
When the otherside is done,turn it over again.
And turn around okonomiyaki with spatula.
When air bubbles start to rise in the middle of the batter
or until golden brown,turn it over with spatula.
Do not press down on it with spatula.
Turn off the grill.
Spread the sauce on top.
Sprinkle on the fish flakes and aonori(green seaweed flakes).
